Pros: We really love this hutch and it looks great with our decor. Perfect for those smaller areas like an apartment. [...] We have no regrets with choosing this hutch.Cons: 1)Received in shipment one side of cabinet that wasn't assembled correctly from the factory. It was missing some little plastic like pieces that were supposed to be factory installed in the screw holes. Called for a replacement piece and received it [...]. The replacement part had some minor damage on one corner but decided to use it because it wouldn't show with the location we would be using it and like I mentioned, it is very minor. We put some wood glue on the damaged part, clamping it until it dried so I believe the integrity of the cabinet is good. 2) We ordered the natural wood top but the stainless steel top was shipped. Decided to keep the stainless steel top instead of asking for a replacement. It's a very attractive look and once assembled we've decided we're glad we've got the stainless steel top! 3)The one other problem is that one door is not fitting correctly when closing. It has to be slightly lifted in order to close the door flush. I think this can be remedied by repositioning the hinge. Once the door is closed it looks perfect and it isn't difficult to close! Summary: There are a lot of pieces and parts to be assembled. I suggest before beginning assembly to check off all parts on the parts lists that is included with the assembly directions.The problems we experienced are not major and I WOULD recommend this hutch to anyone who is looking for a quality hutch for a reasonable price. It's quite sturdy and heavy once assembled and it is serving us well. I would definitely buy from cookware.com. [...]Don't be afraid to order this hutch from Cookware.com. Some product problems are a possibility with any mail order and the key to satisfication lies largely in how those problems are handled. Although we decided we could live with the three issues I described above I believe the company would have resolved them to our satisfaction if we had asked.

I like this hutch a lot. I looked around quite a bit for something with extra storage that could also hold my microwave but wasn't poorly made. This piece definitely fit the bill. This is quite sturdy, pretty clear directions for assembly. I wouldn't say it was EASY to assemble, but it wasn't as hard as some other pieces I have gotten from here. When I received my hutch two of the pieces were cracked and they were quickly replaced with new pieces, no questions asked. overall love this piece of furniture!

My biggest problem was that the routed sections of the cabinet were not wide enough, so the wood pieces that had to fit into them had to be forced and the wood started to split. This caused problems with having all the pieces fit neatly together which my unit never entirely did.

I love this! It looks great. Fits the space perfectly. Looks and feels far more expensive than it is. I was afraid from other comments that assembly would be difficult. NOT SO! You DO have to look at things carefully first. 2 minor cautions though. Examine carefully the back panels for the hutch to ensure that both sides colors match. They can be inserted either way and the front and back colors are slightly different. Also when you attach the doors for the hutch, put them on BEFORE you secure the top down or they won't be able to be inserted into the hinges. Otherwise this was a breeze. Also I recommend attaching ALL the camlock screws and inserting locks first BEFORE assembly. MUCH easier! They DO give hardware to attach to the top to prevent tipping that has no instructions though.[...] was sitting pretty in my kitchen.

I am very impressed with the finished product. It was not that hard to assemble the hutch. There where a few minor flaws on the wood surface but they are hidden. I believe for the price you can not go wrong if you are looking for a beautiful piece to accent your kitchen or dining room. Overall I love the hutch and it's very sturdy.

If I had to put it together would have never been able to, my son had to file and cut to get some pieces to fit, because of that one draw sticks and very slight difference in the doors.
Once it is put together which took him almost 4 hours, and is very expereinced at it, it is a nice piece of furniture

I love the overall look and sturdiness of the final piece, but I don't know if there was ONE individual piece that didn't have some defect (I'm pretty picky). And there was a pretty significant crack through the wood of one piece that I was just too lazy to return (especially after taking all the pieces out of the box). The instructions also could have been better. But overall MUCH nicer than anything you could get at Target, etc. But for the price you expect less defects.
