DMI manufactures Home Styles products and has become a leader in the industry of their primary product lines, including home office and computer workstations; desk chairs; commercial office furniture collections; casual lifestyle furniture; and collections of better quality, wood residential furniture. DMI has been in operation since 1911.
With headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky, DMI owns and operates two furniture production plants, a logging operation, a saw mill, dimension parts plant, and a component part fabrication facility - all located in southern Indiana. Their import sources include many factories throughout Asia. Use as a TV stand in my great room. People think its more expensive then it was. It was a pain to put together, flimsy. The first time I moved the piece, the center bottom leg broke. But, you get what you pay for, and this was not an expensive piece of furniture! Doors don't fit well either. Again, you get what you paid for. Had THE SAME item at a local store that was $150 more, so glad I bought from Bricklewood. It was worth the [$] I paid for it. And it looks more expensive. I like the way it has open shelves so you can use the remote on electronic components easily instead of having to open doors. Like the height of this piece a lot. I didn't want something too low. I would buy it again.

Delivery was VERY prompt, and product arrived in decent condition. The quality of the product itself is not great. There were scratches and mars in the wood (or is that particle board???) and the piece was obviously made cheaply. But it works and is a good piece for the price. I wasn't expecting perfection for $399. I was very impressed with how quickly the item was delivered.

This tv stand looks very nice. The quality is not so good. Bottom panel has a stereo receiver on it and the weight of the receiver causes the panel to sag. Also, the sides do not hold together very good. Overall construction is not very sturdy - similar looking product at a furniture store would be at least twice the price, but it will be necessary to spend the money to protect the expensive equipment it is supporting. I would recommend that once assembled, do not try to move this piece of furniture with anything on it. I will say that this store was very good to work with - excellent customer service!

The finish on this piece is very good quality, probably the best on any piece of wood product I've purchased. Easy to put together, considering it's size and weight. It was missing a piece, but the company sent it to us right away. No complaints from me, especially after looking and comparing to local prices on not as good stands, you can't beat it!

Flimsy cam lock connections. I had two of the connectors split duing assembly...and you only get the exact # to use. When I moved it into place the connectors falied and it came partailly appart. I used (12) L brackets from my workshop to firmly screw the cabinet together. There is no way I would put an expensive TV on this without the additional support.
The doors don't fit quite right, but I can live with that, and the depth of the unit does not accomodate my AV receiver...without cutting a hole in the back.
Outside of the problems the unit does have a nice appearance. If you get one, get the brackets to supplement the cam-lock fittings. I am a hobby woodworker so I fortunately had some on hand to complete the assembly.

Two glass doors in middle section were both for the left side. Smaller doors on each end did not close and latch as they should. Numerous scratches and chipped places.

Very nice and easy to assemble. One piece came broken but it turned out to be the back bottom rail, so no real issues. We get complimented on it all the time and it holds a ton of components: Wii, PS3, VCR, Direct TV DVR, Stereo Reciever, Subwoofer,and all the remotes.
