We thought this to be the perfect addition to our cherry dining room set, it came with authentic color and finish, clean lines. The Finish on the piece was not "over the top" (glossy and thick). Assembly was not too difficult but I am an experience carpenter and I had a problem because I snugged down the screws in the begining which caused a problem during later stages of assembly.[...] We needed it now (house is being shown) or I would have sent it back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
