Comments about Sanus Natural Black 430 CD Spinning Media Tower:
Not the easiest product to assemble:
1. included instructions were minimal. As it turns out, there are more detailed instructions as a PDF on the Sanus website. But we only found out about this PDF when Sanus was called with a major problem.
2. the major issue was that Allen screws that were included for assembly of a piece (rear leg) were simply too large for the precut holes in the leg piece, the result being that spinning of the top piece was prevented by incomplete insertion of these screws. Sanus was contacted and did send a second rear leg with Allen screws. The screws were again too large (to be screwed in with the included Allen wrench) and I had to carefully use a set of pliers to fully turn and insert the screws.
