This rack is well put together snd has easy to follow instructions. The finished unit is highly adjustable for both DVDs and CDs and looks great next to the matching TV and component stand. I've got three and for large collections they can't be beat.
Service and delivery comments:
Only issue I have is that if the shipper bangs the right corner of the box or carries the box by its shipping straps, look closly at the top rack piece, that might be where so edge damage could occur.

needed a larger storage unit for our cd's. this one is perfect--size; construction is excellent; matches perfectly with the Salamander stereo component stand we have.

Assembly instructions are poor and hardware of inferior quality. One of the cams broke as I screwed it in place and I had to jury rig it with epoxy. I was not pleased by this.
