I have two racks from 6 years ago and added two new ones. These two new ones came with wooden hardware, whcih made the installations very difficult. You need to put all the old metal hardware back in to facilitate ease of installation.

It was fairly easy to assemble, except that the 2 lattices weren't exactly alike, so we had a bit of trouble making sure they lined up well enough to fit all of the wine bottles. Most of the openings are lined up well enough, but a few are a bit "iffy".

i used it for a wine closet, it with together well but the pino bottles do not fit

I was looking for large capactiy storage to use in a non show place cellar. This is a great value, excellent capacity, sturdy and so simple to install, even a caveman could do.

This is a good product for the cost. If durability and high use is an issue, this may not be the rack for you. If decoration, style, and sophistication is important, this works!

exactly what I wanted. You must attach to a wall. Very sturdy and holds a lot of wine for the space. I have a 42" X 42" wine room in the corner of my basement and can accomodate two of these racks -300 bottles.

My husband and I bought two of these wine racks and are absolutely thrilled with them. We assembled them in about 5 minutes and had them bolted to the wall in about 30. It wouldn't have taken that long if I'd bought the right screws in the first place.
The only down side at all is that we thought the racks were "stand alone" and needed to be bolted for added stability. In fact, it's the bolting them to the wall that makes them stand upright. (That's the only reason I didn't score these with 5 stars).
I will most definitely buy this rack again... just as soon as I need to store more than 300 bottles of wine!

Great capacity for the dollar; must be screwed to the wall for rigidity; won't hold even very slightly oversized bottles (not just champagne)- need another rack to hold those bottles
