I called the company to complain about the poor quality control used in manufacturing the bookshelf. I was told that the manager in charge of quality control works abroad and that I could not reach him.

The company could have replaced defective parts or Accent Furniture Direct could have replaced the whole bookcase, but that would have been problematical in either case.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was prompt and the bookshelf arrived in as good a condition as the retailer received it in.
