Being handicapped, I raised the chair 3 inches so I could get in and out more easily. The chair functions well and is very comfortable.
This chair arrived VERY fast after I ordered it and I had it put together in no time.
It was comfortable from the start, but as I've had it for about a month now, the leather has really loosened up and it's extremely comfortable!! Every time I sit in it, it feels better and better.
I purchased 2 of these leather recliner and I must say this may be the BEST purchase I've ever made in my life. The quality of the leather is perfect, and the recliner is extremely comfortable, especially when it is reclined. Furthermore, they look very elegant in our library room. The price is an unbelievable bargain!
This chair is perfect for me. It's deep burgundy, almost brownish rather than red. It'll go with black or brown. It doesn't look like a recliner (yay!). The padding is comfortably deep yet firm. The foot rest is shorter than I'm used to but it supports my feet just fine.
The delivery was prompt, within a few days, which caught me off guard as I'd ordered it while I was out of town. The carrier couldn't locate my house or me (which I couldn't tell from the tracking info). When I saw the chair hadn't been delivered, I sent an email to this website and they got back to me within hours and helped get the information the carrier needed to deliver.
The customer service was great, I love the chair, and I'd shop here again for sure!

We went through at least 6 furniture stores in our area looking for a recliner that didn't look like a recliner. The price was absolutely fantastic and quality of leather is above average. Who has free shipping? Nobody but this site. The chair arrived in two pieces, was easy to assemble and looks great. We are very happy with this chair.

I ordered this chair on Sunday and received the following Tuesday via FedEX. The only assembly required was attaching the legs and sliding the back into place. The recliner is very comfortable. I am very pleased with the quality versus the price. The recliner bottom and arms are very firm. The recliner has a well built feel to it. I would buy from this company again.
We had tried to buy 2 leather chairs for months in stores in VT or NH with no luck. Everything we liked required a 6-8 week delivery for the second chair since all only had one chair. We had moved into a new loft apartment & desperately needed some chairs. Since we could not wait 6-8 weeks we started our Google search & found these chairs. We ordered two & they arrived within the promised 1 week via free UPS shipping which was great vs freight shippers who would just take them off the truck. The chairs were delivered with no damage & were very easy to assemble. The quality of the leather is not what we would have bought in a store, but is decent for the money paid including the free shipping. My husband wanted a recliner, but I hate the looks of most recliners. These looked more like club chairs, so I agreed to them. A matching ottoman would be nice, so I could sit vs reclining. I would buy again & will check other products lines offered by the site.
