The chair is missing one of the bottom leg plastic stoppers that stands on the floor. Because one is missing, the chair is not level and wobbles. I'm very disappointed with this as my other three did not have this problem. I had to "jimmy-rig" it to stay level. If the company can send one of the stoppers to put underneath the fourth leg, my opinion would change greatly and I'd appreciate it.

These are a beautiful addition to my large kitchen/family room. They took awhile to assemble, although the instructions were good, but one of the screws was defective which is causing some problems. They are not quite as comfortable as my former bar stools, mostly because of the seat span (and I am a short, petite person), but I love them anyway. They are sturdy, swivel well, and the burnished copper backs are simply a thing of beauty. [...]

This set was better than expected before you take price into consideration. When you add price to the equation this set becomes the best furniture bargain i've ever experienced. The fabric on the chairs is very nice and a recent spill cleaned up with extreme ease. The chairs are very comfortable and look very rich. You do have to assemble the set patiently and I did have one problem with the screws not being long enough to affix the seats to the frame but a quick drive to the hardware store resolved that and I absolutely love the entire set. When screwing the set together I used Loc-Tite on every one to keep the screws from coming loose. It has been my experience that any metal set suffers screws needing occassional tightening and this should alleviate that issue. So far I can say I am beyond pleased.

Figure 30 minutes assembly each and use LOCTITE on the screws. These type chairs have a habit of the screws coming loose. I can't say that these would for sure, it's just a nice insurance policy. The stools looked better than expected and for the money you won't find a better buy. The material looks good with the metal finish and clean nicely. If you think they look good here, they'll look better in your home.
