I initially ordered the wrong model, [...].Received the new chime & installed it. It looks great, sounds just fine, and is so much nicer than what I had before (a very utilitarian, cream-colored plastic chime). This unusual and elegant chime compliments my new kitchen beautifully!!!

I looked in local lighting/hardware stores and kept finding the same ordinary door chimes. I wanted something designer and different, but at an affordable price and this is perfect!

While we were remodeling the front half of the house, that included the foyer, we came to conclusion that the old "builders special" door bell just did not reflect the update. After much searching, this line of doorbells is it. Prices are a little higher but the quality and performance reflects it. The sound is perfect pitch and louder than average. The bell sounds so nice compared to the average hardware store bell that it's worth it. They look great and their are many styles to choose from. I am very, very pleased with this purchase. We get compliments all the time on how nicely the bell sounds.

The door chime is very nice on my wall. It definately does NOT look like your ordinary door bell. The classic ding dong chime is nice.

Nice product, great company to deal with.
We looked at alot of replacement door chimes for our 1936 Tutor style home and there is not much out there. This one looks nice on the wall. From a distance you cannot tell it is made out of resin/plastic.
A little hesitant on purchasing because of price. Very satisfied with purchase. Looks great and made very well. Adds a good touch to the houses decor.

I am satisfied with this doorbell. I like the crackle finish and the overall quality seems good. This product is a better value than anything I saw at the local home improvement warehouse store. My only criticism would be the instructions, which are very sketchy, but they do provide tech support contact info, which fortunately I did not need. I installed the doorbell myself, to replace an older unit, in approx. 30 minutes and it works great.
Door Chime is very unique...can't find one like this in any store. Trust me I tried! Arrived when delivery was sceduled. Definitely worth the money! Have received many compliments on it already! Very easy to install if your handy.
