I bought 2 and put one next to the loveseat and the other next to a large chair. The surface holds a lamp, plant, and coffee cut with plenty of extra room. Again, very sturdy. The draws could be more secure and they tend to flop when opened - this could be due to my putting together improperly.

This table worked well for our sons bedroom!
As he gets older he is looking for more style then we had in his room before and this table fit great in his room. It went great with the bed we bought with it. Would buy again.

I left a tube of ointment on the shelf and it took the paint right off! Also, being an older, small woman, I had trouble assembling, especially turning the screws, and had to take to as hardware store for them to do it.

We bought this nightstand after reading all the great reviews and are very disappointed. There were a few scratches, dents and cracks in the wood. When we finished putting it together the drawer sagged on one side, giving it a crooked appearance. The drawer is also quite a bit shallower than it appears in the picture. We didn't expect amazing construction for the great price, but all the rave reviews really threw us off. I would consider this nightstand at or below Wal Mart quality. In retrospect, we probably should have sent this item back when we saw the cracks in the wood. Now that it is put together we cannot return it.

I bought two of these, one for both sides of my sofa. They are very good for the price. They have withheld my 1 year old daughter playing with the drawers and climbing on the shelves.

For the price, this is a great bedside table. It's very attractive and functions perfectly. I needed something to hold a lamp and a book and it does that and looks good at the same time. Not overly hard to put together. Overall I'm very pleased with it.

I bought two of these nightstands for my son who just moved out after college. He needed to furnish an apartment at minimal cost. These bedstands were both functional and economical.

I bought this because I needed a surface to put a lamp on in my living room. It's a nice design and a good value for the price--it's also the perfect height for my couch which is fairly high. They are called bedside tables, but it looks really good in my livingroom. The only caveat I have is that shiny black surfaces show dust really badly, and I may not buy any more black furniture for that reason.

This are very good, simple nightstands. They are basic enough to fit into a lot of room styles, and are the perfect hight for a platform bed, or bed without a box spring. I wish they came in dark brown, but the black works well enough. These are a great price, and are very solid when assembled. I'm adding a brushed nickel drawere knob to mine.

I used this in my office as a printer stand. Printer fits nicely on top while paper fits nicely inside the drawer. Everything looks great. I added a brushed stainless steel knob on the front to make it even more stylish. I recommend this night stand!

This is a classy piece, which works perfectly in a smaller space. And although its width is smaller, the depth is nice because you can still fit all your tabletop items on it. To add an extra level of sophistication, we added our own brushed silver knob to it (took off their factory one). For the price, it's a gem!
We had searched many sites before finding this night stand. We wanted something simple/basic, functional, and inexpensive. After setting these up in our bedroom, we knew we had made the right choice on all counts. They look great! Ordering online was an uncomplicated procedure taking little time. The night stands arrived ahead of schedule which was a big plus. Overall, we had a wonderful experience; no complaints or suggestions. We will use this site again when we have further needs.
For the price this was a good choice. I liked the small size of it to tuck neatly between my bed and the wall. It was easy to assemble.

We are using the night stand as a telephone table ... for the phone and answering machine. It is attractive and sturdy, and was very easy to assemble.
The construction is first class with solid wood.

The drawer isn't as good as I'd like, it's just wood-on-wood. However, the price is unbelievable for a very attractive piece. I used a pair as end tables and they look great in my living room. Assembly is amazingly easy (I've put together a lot of assemblable furniture) and the end product looks great.
