I expect a chair with this price offers more comfort, adjustability, ergonomic, well balance than my old [$] chair. I wouldn't have bought this chair if I had sat in it in a showroom.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I expected a chair for this price would be more comfortable than my other [$] chair, but it's not. The tilt=back angle doesn't tilt far enough and the spring is too strong. You have to use your legs to push on the floor to lean back, otherwise you pretty much have to sit straight up at an 90 degree angle. If I had sat in this chair in person, I wouldn't have bought it.
