My daughter loves her kitchen set, especially the microwave. My only complaint is that the refridgerator shelves aren't very deep so the food falls when you open the door. A small lip at the edge of the shelves would help.

This product fell way below my expectations. The description mentions 40 different sounds and sayings. We have only heard about 10. This just keeps repeating the same ones over and over. I am VERY disappointed in this product. If I had to do it over again, I would purchase something different other than this item. Actually, I feel very embarrassed to have bought this item for my granddaughter.

I, like most, researched myself to death on finding the "perfect" kitchen to match my needs. I think this was the right choice.
(1) This kitchen is a great size. Doesn't take up too much room, but still has lots of compartments, sink, stove, microwave, etc. It isn't too tall which was a concern for me with a 2 year old.
(2) Both my kids can play at the same time and not get into a share war.
(3) It is really durable which is nice when you don't want to tell your friends kids to take it easy. It isn't flimsy which was a concern of ours--we didn't want it to fall on our little one.
(4) The assembly wasn't too tough. There were a few holes I had to drill myself, but not a big deal.
(5) I personally like "imaginative" play, so I did not put the batteries in. My girls never noticed the difference and can easily make sounds without the kitchen. If you like a quieter house, I suggest the same.
All in all, this is a great fit for our house and for our kids. They don't get bored, they don't fight, it fits their heights, and they are safe around it. Just buy this kitchen and know that you made a great choice!

This kitchen is the best one on the market. We gave this kitchen to our daughter on her first birthday and she already loves it. The different foods it comes with are cute (she has tried to eat the mac n' cheese!), and she loves to pour mommy some coffee with her little coffee pot. The sounds make this kitchen more interactive than most, and the sounds definitely catch our little girl's attention.
My daughter loves this kitchen. I bought it for her 1st birthday. Her two older brothers 8 and 5 love to play with it too.
My daughter loves her new kitchen. Great noises, sturdy toys, great colors! The coffee pot takes a beating on the hardwood and isn't even scratched! Use caution when applying the stickers... you only get one shot. VERY sticky! Easy to assemble other than that. We have had a lot of fun pretend playing with this and it's easy on the eyes and "fairly" easy on the ears:) It's amazing that it is able to sense what you are cooking and can interact with you! It's a very solid piece!
This toy is wonderful and the children I bought it for are having a great time with it. The only drawback was the assembly. I tried to do it myself but it was too difficult. My husband needed his power drill and some skill. For someone who is not very handy, this item might be very difficult to put together.
We purchased this for our 2 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it. The microwave is very realistic with it's sounds and the stove and sink are great too. Our daughter loves to do the dishes and the coffee pot and phone make it seem like an actual operating kitchen. We look forward to many years of play!!!
This kitchen is perfect for my 20 month old. I would recommend this one to everyone w/ a small child.

We purchased this play kitchen for our twins second birthday. We bought it from here because it had the free shipping so it was the best deal. The kitchen arrived within a few days which way exceeded my expectation. The box was a bit tattered and there is a small scratch on the kitchen, but it's no big deal. My girls really like the kitchen and I believe they will love it even more as they get older/taller. I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone looking for a great toy for their children. My husband found it quite easy to put together and it doesn't take up too much space.
This is a very fun kitchen. Both our four year old and our one year old enjoy playing with it very much. The knobs and buttons are easy to turn and push and the doors are easy to open and close. The one drawback is that the stove only makes the cooking sounds with the Little Tikes food. It would be nice if the cooking sounds were connected with the pot and the pan instead of the food in them. Still, our kids enjoy "cooking" even without the sounds. Assembly was a little difficult as the holes for some of the screws were not pre-drilled.
My 2 year old daughter just loves this kitchen! The stove, faucet and microwave make sounds that are similar to Mommy's real life kitchen! And, when you place the special food (that comes with the kitchen) on the stove, the kitchen tells your child what is on the stove and makes cooking noises that correspond to that particular food. My daughter also loves the little window and shutters too!
My twin 19 months old girls got this kitchen for Christmas after returning one made by Fisher Price. There is plenty of room for storage in the dishwaher, refrigerator, and oven. I wish the shelves in front were a little bigger to hold things. The girls really love putting things in the microwave and turning it on. They enjoy washing dishes in the sink because of the sound effects. They enjoy cooking on the stove top and hearing the noises. I only wish that there were more interactive food items to buy for the kitchen. The girls also enjoy peeking through the window on the opposite side. I wish the scene was colorized on the back. The dog and cat and other pictures are white. They would be more appealing to the eye if they were colorized. My girls don't realize that they are there. Overall, this is a really nice kitchen set.
We recently bought this for my 2.5 yr old son. It was pretty easy to assemble although my hand got tired turning screws (drill wouldn't work bc you are drilling screws through tough plastic). I love how it looks and works - nice and colorful. I took someone's advice and 1)placed tape over the speaker, which is under the 'grill' and 2)didn't put the sticker over the microwave door so he could still look into the microwave. I'm glad I did both those things. There are sounds that go with this kitchen but not too many..there is still plenty of room for imagination and creative play. My son loves the microwave-it has some buttons and the oven 'counts down'. My son also loves using doors and this has several doors for that. The voice that you hear when using the stove is quite cute. It reminds me of the a voice from Peanuts cartoons. The stove recognizes the different play food, which is fun. I'd recommend getting some other playfood to make it more complete.
The set up time was a breeze! My kids love the interaction.
I'd give it a 5, but the children are not playing with it as much as they did at first. But,it was still a hit.They like the sounds and all the places to put things. One of the reasons I bought it from this site was the total cost of the item and shipping were about the cheapest.
The product itself is great and fun for my daughter to play with. I wish it was a bit sturdier for toddler use as it tips a bit. The directions to put it together were a bit sketchy. When the box arrived at our house it was damaged in one corner. The kitchen itself was scratched pretty bad in one corner as well so I am not sure what happened in transit. The delivery was fast for the holiday season.
The product arrived on time with no damage. All Children's is a great online vendor and I would not only use them again, but will refer my friends to this great site. As for the product, it is Little Tikes, which pretty much speaks for itself.
This kitchen provides hours of fun for my 4 year old. She especially likes the noises the grill and microwave make. This item does not come with many accesories so I purchased some extras. I needed my husband's assistance to assemble.
The kitchen is cute and my daughter loves it - but it took a lot of time and effort to assemble. It was impossible to screw into the plastic by hand so I had to use a drill but the drill was too big and bulky to fit in some of the smaller spots.
This item was ordered as a Chirstmas gift for my daughter. Ever since the first day that we gave her the kitchen she has enjoyed every minute of it. She enjoys the sounds that the microwave makes and the talking stove. The only down fall to the kitchen is that the microwave does not close completely because of the talk box next to it. I see that my daughter is happy and she is always wanting to make something to eat for everyone in the family. I am happy that this purchase was made.
a wonderful kitchen! i only wish that the sounds on the stove still worked when you used non-little tykes food to cook. and the microwave door seems crooked next to the microwave controls.
I searched and read many reviews, and finally decided on this kitchen. I am very pleased with it. My kids love the interaction, and this one has many. The sink makes sounds like dishes washing, the microwave makes three different sounds and beeps as it "counts down." The stove also speaks in cute little children voices. The size is perfect, 3-4 kids can play with it ok. There is lots of space in the fridge, dish washer and oven to store things. My little one loves the window. I was disapointed with the microwave timer, it doesn't use numbers to count down, only lights that blink, and I've yet to hear more than 5 different sayings from the stove. It only says two sayings if you turn the knob without any food, and when there is food placed on the stove it tells what it is and not much more. I owned the magic cook kitchen and really enjoyed how it would talk even if you didn't have any food on it. Besides those two things, I am very pleased and my kids love it.
Good quality product for hours of toddler fun.
My daughter loves playing with this interactive kitchen. It has great sound effects and much to offer, however it lacks storage space and the microwave does not close all of the way b/c the battery cover does not line up. The screws get in the way of it closing. Overall, it is a great toy and I would recommend it to other parents.
