The picture online doesn't do this beautiful rug justice! I get so many compliments on this rug and it really warms and pulls the room together. Next time I'm hunting for a rug I know right where to go. I was told the delivery time would be 2-3 weeks but it arrived in just 4 days!! - just in time for my Holiday company...

I like it, it's a nice rug.
I like the rug, but only give a rating of 4 because I was slightly disapointed. The colors are not exactly what I expected after seeing the picture on the website. The colors were not as bright and vibrant as ws pictured they look dull and really don't "pop" the red looks more brownish, the gold looks more like Tan, and the green just looks dull.... making it hard to match to your existing decor. I also thought it would be a little softer, but overall I am pleased with the rug.

Just what we were looking for! We had just remodeled our kitchen and dining room and had laid down a beautiful teakwood floor. We looked everywhere for the perfect area rug to put under our dining room set. Guess where we found it?!! I bought this rug to go in my family room. The colors are much richer in person. I also bought the matching runner and was very happy when the rugs arrived! It is much thicker than I expected and other comparable area rugs have been much more expensive...I will definitely be buying more of these rugs!
The two rugs I just ordered are terrific, however, I ordered them to go with one previously (same pattern) ordered and when these two new ones came, they were MUCH brighter and do not match the other one...not the end of the world, but a disappointment...

Outstanding phone service. Answered all my questions & then some. Bought the 1st rug & it arrived in 3 days. Liked it so well, I bought a 2nd identical one. It arrived just as fast, but because of the way it was packaged, it left a very bad crease that is just now returning to 85% normal. Also, pattern was reversed, but that wasn't a problem for another room.
I recently purchased a rug by phone and George helped me a great deal. George answered and worked with me to answer other questions I had, and also to help me determine which of the 2 rugs had the lightest shading (the same colors were listed between "clay" & "berber"). The rug arrived in excellent condition in 3 days. I was so pleased I decided to order another rug a few days later. I asked for George, however he was on another line and Melissa helped me. She was very pleasant & helpful and gave me a 5% discount that I was not aware of. That rug arrived in 3 working days. Not packaged quite as well which caused more folds that will take longer to work out. I have looked at some of your other lines & if I decide to purchase anything, I'm sure I will find the same high quality customer service personnel.
