The spacesaver looks great and fits pretty well. We had to eliminate the lower brace across the legs because our plumbing was in the way. It would be better if the manufacturer gave two possible locations for this cross-brace. To make the cabinet stable, we screwed the top into the wall. The manufacturer includes hardware to anchor it to a wall, but we used our own.

I really like this product. It was easy to assemble. Once built, it is a quality sturdy product. I like the looks of the Mission Spacesaver storage unit. It really helped with my bathroom makeover. Once I installed this in the bathroom, I started making other bathroom changes to coordinate with this unit. There are 3 things I would change about the product to make it perfect: 1)frosted glass rather than clear class; 2)1 additional shelf; 3)Adjustable feet for the legs - I had to go buy hardware to screw into the legs so that I could adjust to my uneven floor.

Though the piece is very attractive the space that
I've put it in (behind potty) is very narrow. Al-so, if something should happen to the toilet, I
will have to disassemble from the wall. Hopefully
since toilet is new this will never be a problem!

This was well thought out. Everything was clearly labeled (letters and numbers). The hardware came in individual group packets that were numbered so there was no fumbling over what to use next. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The wood is quality, not cheap junk that you hope will last a yr. The completed item is sturdy and looks as good if not better than the picture. I am not a "handy" person and when I was finished I was impressed with quality and ease of assembly.

The quality of the item is very good - I would say above average for the typical "furniture in a box" that you can get at the larger discount stores. Once put together, it looks very nice and I am happy with it. The assembly was not easy to do alone, and I don't think I will attempt another piece that needs "assembly". Overall, I am happy with the way it turned out.
