Overall the product is very good. However, the assembly instructions are not very clear. I had to put it together twice before I got it right. Some pieces have to face a certain direction for the assembly to work properly.
Also a couple of nicks in the wood during shipping that damaged the finish.

Assembly took hours requiring two people, drills, screw drivers and hammers. Not simple or quick. Final product quite nice.

This storage system worked out so well for us we ordered a second wine rack the same week. Easy to put together and works well for our "basement cellar" storage. Bottles are easy to access and are displayed very nicely.
